Submission guidelines:
Please follow the steps below for manuscript submission. Accepted manuscripts will be published in the workshop proceedings.
Register for Conference:
One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students.
One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted.
Please go to the Securecomm Registration Page to register for the workshop.
IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.
Submitting the Manuscripts:
After successful registration you will automatically be directed to the upload site web address.
Please Note: Your registration may take up to 48 hrs for the bank to process so please do not expect the upload web address immediately. If you do not receive the upload location within 3 days, please contact ICST registration
Please note the page limit and format of your manuscripts.
At the upload location, you will be instructed to submit your paper either in WORD format or PS format.
After you upload paper site you will be instructed to complete a copyright form electroncially.
You will be sent a confirmation that you paper was uploaded successfully and you will have an opportunity to submit any revisions.
Final Manuscripts Page Limit and Format
Authors are invited to submit papers formatted according to IEEE conference style (2-column, 10 pages limit).
Regular papers and invited papers are allowed up to 10 pages and short papers are allowed up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables and references.
For invited paper, please add the line "(Invited Paper)" after the title of your paper.
Extra page cost of USD$100 will be charged per page. This payment is made on the Registration form.
